“I grew up in Auburn, Washington and have lived in Washington my whole life. I love it here and have never really thought of moving away. I was always a super active child and love the outdoors. At a very young age I started playing sports with my friends and family, and spending most of my time outdoors.”
What was your academic life like?
“I went to Ashmead College and completed their fitness training program. In addition I studied kinesiology, anatomy, physiology, and nutrition. I graduated in May of 2007.”
What aspect of training do you have the most interest in?
“I love to motivate a client to change the way they look at their lives. I like to make them realize how important it is to really take care of their bodies. I help them to look at meals and workout plans in a new light, and realize how great it can feel to really take care of them self. I try to give them a better knowledge of their body and the gym so that they can feel comfortable and have fun! I want them to feel like they are eating healthy and working out not because they have to, but because they want to and that it makes you feel great!”
