Our professional personal training program involves 1-on-1 training designed to help you reach your fitness goals safely and with faster results. Our trainers can help you decrease body fat, increase energy, build muscle strength and manage injury.

Designed to help you achieve your fitness goals, our 1-on-1 program involves regular sessions with a certified personal trainer. Your trainer will work with you to develop a personalized exercise program. 1-on-1 training includes individual assessment, goal setting and planning based on individual needs. Our personal trainers are here to make sure you receive the utmost attention.

A trainer will monitor your progress and fine-tune your program helping you break through plateaus, prevent monotonous programs and help keep you motivated. You will learn the correct form and technique required for a safe and effective work out.

At Core Fitness, we make it our number one priority to help you reach your health and fitness related goals. Our professional team of trainers will give you the attention and motivation you need to be successful.

Personal Training Rates

$30 - 30 minutes
$50 - 60 minutes
